Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Daily tasks include trade matching, position reconciliation, corporate action etc.
- Perform settlement activities for local & global equities and futures
- Ensure all instructions from clients are executed timely and efficiently
- Coordinate with other brokers on all clearing & settlement issues
- Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Occasional outdoor duties
Requirements:
- Post-secondary education with min. 2 years relevant experience
- Hands on experience on operating settlement systems such as CCASS, DCASS
- Knowledge in settlement of local and overseas equities, futures & commodities
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
- Customer oriented with good communication & interpersonal skills
- Detail-minded, responsible, hardworking & willing to learn
- Immediate available preferred
