1. Futures Dealer (Middle Shift)

   Key duties and Responsibilities:

   • Liaise with customers and take client orders in a timely manner
   • Execute trade transactions through trading platform
   • Monitor clients positions and margin level and conduct follow up if necessary
   • Serve customers around the world thru email and phone
   • Prepare dealing documents and provide daily administrative support to the team
   • Support ad-hoc duties as assigned

   Requirements:

   • Degree in Finance, Business Admin, or related disciplines
   • Minimum 2 years experience on futures dealing
   • Qualified to be registered as licensed person under SFC (Type 1 & 2)
   • Knowledge in Global Futures and Commodities is an advantage
   • Familiar with Sharp Point Trading System is preferable
   • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
   • Customer oriented, strong communication skills, and ability to work independently
   • Willing to work night shift and on Hong Kong public holidays

2. Business Development Executive - Futures Trading

   Key duties and Responsibilities:

   • Generate creative ideas & develop sales strategies to achieve sales targets
   • Promote the company’s products/services by addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
   • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
   • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
   • Solicit customer feedback for better customer relationship management
   • Handle ad hoc projects as assigned

   Requirements:

   • University degree of any discipline
   • Licenses holder of SFC RA1 & RA2
   • Minimum 3 years working experience as business development executive, sales executive or relevant roles
   • Knowledge in Global Futures and Commodities is an absolute advantage
   • Familiar with Sharp Point Trading System is preferable
   • Experience in customer support with good customer service mindset is a plus
   • Proactive, organized, result-oriented, assertive with good communication skills
   • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
   • Good PC skills including Word and Excel

3. Settlement Officer [5-days]

   Key Duties and Responsibilities:

   • Daily tasks include trade matching, position reconciliation, corporate action etc.
   • Perform settlement activities for local & global equities and futures
   • Ensure all instructions from clients are executed timely and efficiently
   • Coordinate with other brokers on all clearing & settlement issues
   • Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned
   • Occasional outdoor duties

   Requirements:

   • Post-secondary education with min. 2 years relevant experience
   • Hands on experience on operating settlement systems such as CCASS, DCASS
   • Knowledge in settlement of local and overseas equities, futures & commodities
   • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
   • Customer oriented with good communication & interpersonal skills
   • Detail-minded, responsible, hardworking & willing to learn
